Aheco African Food & Cosmetics is a wholesaler of food and cosmetics for specialized African and Asian shops and wholesalers throughout Europe. Our products originate from Africa, Europe, Asia, and also Latin America. It is a dynamic and informal family business with approximately 25 employees. The sustained growth of the company led us to move into a completely new and modern building in Zeewolde in November 2024. The international and dynamic nature of the company requires a flexible and committed attitude from all employees.
We are looking for an enthusiastic financial administration assistant for our company. In a close-knit team, we ensure the accurate and timely handling of the entire financial, customer, personnel, and also quality administration. Given the international nature, we require, in addition to of course a good written and oral command of the Dutch language, sufficient knowledge (especially oral) of the English and German languages. Any knowledge of the French language is a plus.
The position includes, among other things:

Processing daily bank and cash transactions;

Accounts payable administration (both purchasing and general);

Preparing outgoing payments;

Accounts receivable monitoring;

Processing of transport administration (CMRs);

Personnel administration;
-
Administration for goods quality management.
We ask the following competencies from candidates:

Relevant administrative experience (minimum MBO working and thinking level - equivalent to intermediate vocational education);

Ability to work in a small team.
