Account manager inside and outside sales

For our company, we are looking for an enthusiastic inside and field salesperson.

Your function

• Handling requests and orders that come in via telephone, webshop and e mail.
• Handling complaints by phone.
• Making quotations.
• Making appointments with external carriers.
• Assisting customers who come to visit the company.

Your profile

• Strongly developed commercial spirit.
• Willing to work varying hours.
• Flexible team-player who feels at home in a hectic environment.
• Command of English and German is a must French is a plus.
• Good social and communication skills both oral and written.
• A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
