IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING SAFETY ISSUES OF AFRICAN COSMETICS

Dear Customer,

After having received various notifications about safety and conformity issues from Dutch, German and Irish Authorities about a number of cosmetic products, Aheco informs you as follows.

Cosmetic products that are produced by the following manufacturers:

• Parfumerie Gandour;
• Sivop;
• Siparco;

 May contain substances that are harmful, or may have other quality and conformity issues, such as:
-        Incomplete or incorrect labelling;
-        No notification in the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal;
-        Inconsistencies in composition;
-        Lack of stability data and testing data;

In these cases, the sale of these products within the European Union is forbidden.

Aheco has ceased to import these products and we will no longer be offering those products for sale.

Aheco strongly advices you:
-        To remove these products from your stock;
-        To not sell these products to customers.
